Used to distribute a DMX signal, these splitters support the bidirectional extension to the DMX protocol to accommodate Remote Device Management (RDM). They is used in larger DMX networks where more than simple loop-in, loop-out connections between multiple DMX devices (to a maximum of 32 devices) are needed. This range offers models with one input to 5 outputs as well as rack mounting models with dual inputs to ten total outputs.
The DT125 splitters boost a single DMX signal to create a 'star' network of five additional DMX lines. They are offered as a desktop style design, which may be 'truss' mounted using the M10 threaded bush on the underside, or as DIN rail mounting designs. All DMX/RDM outputs are boosted signals to connect up to 32 devices per output. They have opto-coupler isolation for the input, FI types have full isolation.
